Who we are
We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can raise a child and create a better future for them.
Our team is comprised of dedicated highly experienced education professionals who share their expertise on a voluntary basis in strong sympathy for the cause.
From 2018-2020 thirteen secondary schools in Otuke, Oyam, Kole and Dokol districts in Northern participated in schools based professional development. The focus was on general and akso STEAMie pedagogy. Trained teachers who showed best progression from the initial project schools became our first set of lead practitioners (LPs) and were used to facilitate training and ongoing mentoring of teachers in new project schools. Subsequent to a halt due to Covid we have now restarted the highly impactful initiatives also expanding to primary schools. The training mechanisms has enabled local expertise development and sustained rapid sharing at very low cost. LPs are highly motivated to raise educational outcomes and continue to receive personal mentoring in their new roles as trainers and teacher mentors.
This initiative has now been expanded to primary schools. Teachers in the primary sector are very enthusiastic and keen to improve. Improve teaching and learning right from the beginning give learners best chance to life long economic success.

Whether it is a reassuring conversation, financial help, education, professional training, or simply the assurance that they are not alone, we will make sure that everyone gets support that meets them where they’re at as quickly as possible.

We want to build a world where no child or youth feels alone and gets every possible help they need as soon as possible.
Our entire team wants to see a world where every youngster struggling in any way feels able to reach out and has people who’ll help them with education, jobs, and more. We want to spread out in every region so we’ll be reachable to all.
