We train local teachers
We train local teachers to become lead practitioners enabled to train and mentor new teachers in the locality thus embedding expertise and reaching an ever increasing number of schools in impoverished regions.
We provide STEAM and ICT training to teachers who then train their pupils.
We develop an interest in and skills for learners to follow STEAM career pathways. Through project-based learning, our learners can, for example, make and sell soap, learning STEAM and entrepreneurship skills in the process.
We Consult
We consult with the education authorities and local teacher colleges enabling opportunities to collaborate thus achieving wider reach of shared best practice.
We develop ICT skills
Teachers get training to develop their much-needed ICT skills and subsequently impart to their learners.
We Strengthen
We strengthen teachers skills and confidence to maximise progress of all their pupils within low resource contexts. Teachers are empowered with the most up to date learning theories and skills and enjoy imparting their best to their pupils.

STEAMie projects using and integrated subject approach.
